COLOUR: Intense ruby color with violet reflections

TASTE: Dry, pleasant to drink even young, at the same time harmonious, well balanced and correctly tannic. Well rounded taste of medium length

SCENT: Herbaceous notes softened by a hint of violet and wild blackberry dominate the scent and palate

HEIGHT: 150 meters above sea level

SOIL TYPE: Yellow sands - Terre dei Gessi (Karst Park)

HARVESTING: Manual in crates with overripe grapes

VINIFICATION: Maceration on the skins for 20 days in steel tanks at controlled temperature with autochthonous fermentation

AGING: 18 Months in stainless steel containers

REFINEMENT: 6 Months

ALCOHOL: 14.50% byVol.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 20°C

FOOD PAIRING: Ideal with red meats, venison and mature cheese varieties, for the first course risotto and baked pasta; particularly good with truffles
