COLOUR: The color is vivid, transparent, with powdery pink tone 

TASTE: Harmonious on the palate, persuasive, never ordinary. Aftertaste pleasantly bitter reminiscent of the peach heart

SCENT: Floral and fragrant scent which mitigates the vinous component from the original blend

TECHNICAL NOTES: The color that characterizes this wine is obtained with a light maceration of the grape in the press, Barbera and Merlot, and a light and well measured pressing. The fermentation of the must at low temperature has preserved all the fragrance to enhance its bouquet. The vinous notes are attributable to the grapes of origin, helping to create such a transversal wine

FOOD PAIRING: Transversal wine, it brings together those who love white wines and those who prefer fresh and young red wines. It is suitable for an aperitif or dinner, to accompany light and summery dishes. Excellent with raw fish but also with more elaborate fish recipes
