GRAPES: Grechetto Gentile (Pignoletto)

COLOUR: Straw yellow with light greenish reflections that tend to gold with maturation

TASTE: Medium body and moderate acidity, unique for the harmony and richness of flavors. On the palate is soft, enveloping, rich, transmitting its warmth

SCENT: Intense, persistent, initially floral and then with winy notes which become gradually more accentuated. The bouquet is quite suave with hints of exotic fresh fruits, apricots and peach flowers

FOOD PAIRING: ideal to drink through the meal, especially to pair with pasta with basil and borage pesto, or fish sauces. For main courses with white meats and grilled fish

Judgement IWSC: Intriguing wine. Complex nose, with herbaceous notes, almost medicinal, which add further structure to a palate of medium intensity. A soft wine, with characteristic features and pleasant tropical notes.
