Sensory valuation: wine with a fine and persistent foam. The color is straw-yellow with light greenish reflections. The carbon dioxide that is released while pouring the wine, conveys a series of fragrant and fresh floral scents, highlighting an olfactory cleansing that reveals all the typicalness of the vine. On the palate a slight sugary residue accompanies an intrinsic softness, which makes the taste pleasant and intriguing.

Sensory valuation: In this case the foam is discreet, smiles and goes away. The color is ruby red with a grenade fingernail. Perfume of the territory with fruity scents mixed with winey notes. Soft taste, interesting in its simplicity

Wine of great elegance, ruby red with purple reflections. The scent is dominated by herbaceous notes sweetened by hints of berry and spices. A dry, harmonious, balanced and long-lasting flavor. 

 

 

VIBURNO, BARBERA COLLI BOLOGNESI DOC

 

Ruby red color of good intensity. Fruity scent with winey notes. Fresh, neat, soft, well rounded taste of medium length. Dry, alcohol by volume is 13.5%..

Sensory valuation: The color is straw-yellow with light greenish reflections that tend to gold with maturation. The scent is intense, persistent, initially floral and then with winey notes which become gradually more accentuated. The taste is soft, enveloping, rich, transmitting its warmth.
